GetHotelHandicap
Hotel handicaps return as Dataset.
Parameters sent:
token = Key number given upon login to system
hotelCode = Hotel code (If left blank,the handicaps of all the hotels come)
cinDate = Checkin date (If 01.01.0001 is entered, date isn't looked (DateTime.MinValue))
night = Overnight staying
errorMsg = Used to control whether any fault will return or not.This is both returning and sent parameter
