GetHotelAccom
Hotel Accom information returns as Dataset.
Parameters sent:
token = Key number given upon login to system
hotelCode = Hotel code
minRecordDate = If minRecordDate is 01.01.0001, it gets all records. Otherwise,
minRecordDate = If minRecordDate is 01.01.0001, it gets all records. Otherwise,
errorMsg = Used to control whether any fault will return or not.This is both returning and sent parameter
