GetAgencyList

Click Counter contains date and ip information about viseted location links. It's return as Dataset
Parameters sent:
token = Key number given upon login to system
blackList = If send 'N', it gets agency not in blacklist. If send empty it gets all agencies
sellDateFrom = Agencies beginning sell date
sellDateTo = Agencies sell date end
agencyType = Gets agencies with specified agency type. If agencyType is '0', it returns normal agencies else if '1', it returns Office, else if '2', it returns SubAgency
agencyWorkType = Gets agencies with specified work type. If agencyWorkType is '0', it returns standard work typed agencies else if '1', it returns B2B (Internet) work typed agencies, else if '2', it returns B2C (Internet) work typed agencies
minRecordDate = If minRecordDate is 01.01.0001, it gets all records. Otherwise, if minRecordDate is bigger than 01.01.1900 (it can not be less than 01.01.1900 except 01.01.0001 or it returns error), it gets records which added or changed after this date.
errorMsg = Used to control whether any fault will return or not.This is both returning and sent parameter.
